Phobeter is the god of fear. He created this place to protect his ancient relic, the Phobia. Upon the Phobia being attacked it causes the world around to collapse into darkness and chaos. (Groupnamehere) have been selected by Phobeter himself to protect the Phobia. If the Hostiles get the Phobia into their hands the power they would hold is on a godly scale.
