    ***CONVERTING INTO A WAREHOUSE*** The structure was built in 2014 from the former site of Cottonwood High School. Located in Cardinal Bay, this small structure housed the BEPC offices in 2015. As BEPC grew, the offices are about to be moved to a brand new complex a few kilometers away later this month. The structure now serves as a warehouse for BEPC.
