Right click to go back in menus, etc. First person to join is the gamemaster. Private servers are free, make sure to use them. Click on the editor next to the fireplace to create any card you'd like, you can spawn them in if you click on the stack that lays on the game table. You can also add sounds by clicking on the music icon in the bottom left hand corner.
