Biological Containment Center was once a safe house protecting healthy citizens after the zombie apocalypse of 2047, which ringed death to millions of helpless citizens. After the scientists in B CC figured the cure, they decided to make the Safe house for healthy citizens into a massive Containment center, which holds one of every type of new mutated species (including the zombie) to test them and deter whether they're safe to the public or not.
