1905: Colorado River accidently floods, making Salton Sea in the deserts of California. 1920: Salton Sea becomes a tourist attraction, becoming a popular resort to others. 1950: Towns start to rise near the Salton Sea. 1960: Salt levels more than the ocean, killing many fish in the sea, bringing them to the sea's shores. 1970: Sea rises, people flee their towns, leaving Salton Sea a deserted wasteland. 2090: You and others are forced to flee to Salton City, the most untouched area of the Universal War.
