This is a old house from the late 90's. Everyone in their neighborhood (including them) fleed to another town because they had a toic water tower that contained a high amount of Nitric Acid. Ever since then this neigborhood has been untouched. (I would recomend to turn graphic quality to max to fully enjoy the game!)
