    Mondas during 'Spare Parts'. As Mondas gets closer and closer to the Cherrybowl Nebula, the roof of the underground city begins to crumble. As normal humans cannot survive outside the city, 'Cyber Men' are created to fix the roof, and to build a propulsion system to get away from the nebula. However, the Commitee, designed to keep the city safe and in order, begins to take control of the city, and use the cybermen as a means to take over and convert the entire population.
