Only the most active people from the Notorious:Elite group wall get to build here

In this heist you are encouraged to stealth it but you can go loud, you are on a silent speedboat (don't ask lets just say you stole it from the military) and your about to sneak onto a Murkywater boat with crates filled wit gold, cash, and cola. But then you find out theres a special diamond in a vault near the captains quarters, it is guarded by lasers and a vault door, find the code from the paper placed randomly around the map and get a keycard from a murky too, put the keycard in and type in the code and then get drilling. Goal- get ten bags at least and the diamond too (it may be a requirement but I may change it later on
