Located near the shores of Singapore, Celestar Islands is a fictional group of islands that houses a small population but boasts an attractive road infrastructure. Due to British colonization from its past history, the islands have adopted British elements in its culture, while also housing certain Japanese practices and infrastructure. These islands are deemed very popular with car enthusiasts for its low taxation rates for motor vehicles and very lenient laws towards street racing and car modifications. Lore aside, this map is a private slot (No CC) game, and focuses more on driving than scenery (And pitched ideas the creators wanted to add) This is a passion project that started with a few good friends.
