I found this engine on my own.........pretty much at random. It functions like Vanguard with features from ACS. I suggest that you test ACS and Vanguard (which I have the games for) first before you test Carbon.

Testing a weapon engine that was recently made. This was mentioned a couple of times in a server I'm in ## ##### I decided to give it a try.
