    A whole new type of place perfect for role playing. Go for a day out to the grand pier. eat at the restaurant or game in the arcade. take a stroll down the long promenade and enjoy the views. At the moment there's no plans for a town or any of the other shops to open apologies. If You would like to build me a shop feel free and I may add it to the pier. The template size is 28 studs long (front to back) 59 studs long (left to right). plz put "for caravan coals pier" as the title. to help me find it.
