The Horizon Building is prime real estate, featuring the vibrant beach side lifestyle coupled with the locally famous Patio 43 rooftop club. The building was purchased in 1973 by the late Calvino Montanari's private estate. By late 1974 the building had been entirely renovated for BMK Corporate bigwigs, ushering in a new era for the city of Miami. Following the death of Calvino in 1978, Corrado attained the right's to the building and the land surrounding, the building was swiftly adjusted to fit a more sensational lifestyle, and the rest became wild stories of the glitz and glamour of the 1980's.
