Built in 1969, in Pleasant Valley, New Jersey, This mall was anchored by Bamber gers Penney's, Gimbels, and J.W. May s. May s left the mall in 1974 to open a new location at the nearby Southview Mall. In 1981 Gimbels left the mall due to poor sales and it was replaced with Sear s. the mall underwent renovations in 1984 demolishing the former J.W. May s and a food court was built in it's place. The mall currently sits at full capacity and steamrolls the Southview Mall.

Opened in 1980, built onto an existing vacant Woolco. The mall features Hes s's Target, Aimes and Value City Department Store which was preceded by Gee Bee, which replaced the vacant Woolco, and became Value City Department Store in 1988. Hes s's is currently going under to be replaced by The Bon-Ton
