  • The Valsoir-Beauford Manor, County of La Sarre

After being constructed in 1624 by Francois Charbonneau, this manor has been the home of the Charbonneau family for well over 100 years. Deep in the Flanders, the home is placed right on a plantation, which grows wheat, barley, and partly some rice. In 1712, when the Imperial Provinces began their counterattack against the Horensian military, the army rolled through the Grandelumiere controlled Belgium and stopped by this small home to use it's underwater well - which is now in the collapsed cellar. It was here that a militia group of ethnic Horensians around the manor surprise attacked the resting Imperial Province soldiers, and ended up giving the Royal Horensian Army two more days to muster up a significant amount of troops to respond to the counter attack. The Horensians ended up pushing the Imperial Provinces out of the Flanders, securing the Empire of Grandelumiere's territorial integrity. Now, the property is the official residence of Lord Adrien Valsoir-Beauford.
