ALSO, all puzzles in this game are for decoration purposes only. This is specifically a BEAR 2 submission. I'm leaving the actual puzzles up to the creators. The escape hatch is the elevator in the back of the map with the, "13" above it. Finally, on the cash registers it states "There is a virus" this has no correlation to the on-going pandemic going on. This builds on to the "story" of the map.
