Chat with the AI is limited to a certain amount everyday, due to the upkeep price being expensive otherwise. TO TALK WITH THE AI: Simply go to them, and talk to them when you see the green outline around them. You can disable the green outlines anytime in the in-game settings. You cannot talk to the AI while the outline is red, let them finish their sentences!
