    The year is 4023. The Milky Way has faded, as well as it's technology. Humanity is not dead however. There's more than one galaxy in the universe. In a distant galaxy known as the "New Beginning" lies a planet called "Bulvaria". It's pretty normal, besides technology is like that of the World War times, but even lower. Guns and other weapons still exist, but aren't great. It's time to live life, what will you do? (This is supposed to be a roleplaying game.)
