Outpost Sierra was destroyed in the war for Ranvanian independence. It used to be a castle with a real dungeon where prisoners would rot. When the Ranvanian forces came to invade the fort was destroyed. Then RICT was born and it was reconstructed but sadly the dungeon was never rebuilt and was lost in the excitment of rebuilding the base. Renevation is still being done but the base is now open.
