BlockRifle's studys have shown that Nil is 1,000,000 studs high, and that if you go past it your camera will lock. My studys have shown what happens in the center of "Nil" once in the center of Nil, the control of your character will get messed up, and Nil is longer out then it is high if you go: North, East, South or West. Here, you can travle right the the center of Nil.
