On an old abandoned island that was used in a war, Innovation Inc. built the B/GTF (Biological/Genetic Testing Facility). It has a massive underground facility under it (Not in-game) that does more experiments with genetics, biology, and genetic chemistry. To get to the facility a helicopter has to fly to the island (The closest island to the B/GTF island is close enough for helicopters to drop people off, obviously) and have workers drop off. This facility is rather new so it only has some experiments going on.
