Be advised that the design and overall size does not compare to Wolves Borough, and is somewhat inaccurate. Originally "Frost Crevasse". After the fall of Wolves Borough to a tragic disaster, the residents took to find a new place to form a borough. In the frozen alps north of Fort Wolf II, the people settled in an icy pit in which they would soon call "New Borough". New Borough is still in construction to this day, and is still widely populated. To access tourney: There is a closet behind the cafe. Give yourself "cancollide" and use it on one of those walls. You could also use that tool to mess with people, but that might not be fun.
