This is proof that speed runs are easy to make. Anyone with time and basic lua knowledge could make one.

Destroy the other team's base!! You have a rocket launcher that has very short range. The bases are far away from each other, so you have to get close enough to bow them up without getting blown up yourself! I have added a maze (free model) that will help for cover. I am a noob builder so please don't send me hate mail.
