Rules: If you have tools, you can NOT delete other peoples creations, or build on top of their places, nor can you give people rooms without my permission. And you can not build inside the Hotel without my permission. Also, you can not give rooms away to people that are not in the group. If you are reading this and you don't know what group, it is United Demigods. You can not give rooms on the top floor out, those are for only Counselors, even though you would have to ask my permission to give rooms out.
