Backround: Ekio Mandavir, a man kidnapped and victim to test subjection in Soviet Russia, was a secret military weapon the USSR was planning to use against United States military. When the war broke out, they were forced to bring Ekio out of his Cell capsule to defend the lab as an unfinished project. Ekio turned the tides in the fight, but he did so a multitude of times. The mad dog was tearing both militaries apart in his rage. After being shot down, he woke up in Hawaii, Pearl Harbour. He now walks the United States unaware of his past, and aiding those who treat him like a true friend.
