    If you are a friend of yoshifan099 you will get tools and if I just meet you I might not give you tools. So what you do is I will make a city that you spawn in and then you go to your house and if you dont have one make one (if you have tools or if I make one for you) and you can also make a city. It may not have a high population though but I will prob make a house there. It is ok to have 2 houses but in the same city is up to the mayor of the city.
