This is Buildmania. Buildmania was a Public Build Server that had numerous spurts of popularity for PBS players. This is the work of 53 unique builders, 4 land resets, and countless floods and "C4 attacks". Unfortunately, shortly before Public Build Servers were shutdown, someone blew up Buildmania, and now this is the end result of over 3 years of enjoyment.
