Crops may be harvested, and sold to multiple vendors, while at the same time kept for personal consumption and survival. Try to make the most of your crop before winter hits. Once winter arrives, you will get an opportunity to organize your crops, spend or stockpile the money you've earned, and explore other farms. VIP will be sold at a later date.
