You can rp explosions but no actual 4.no mass cloning. One or two at a time is ok but none more than 5 5.No music. 6.no building structures or spawning in models 7.have fun!! Also, if you are a stranger wanting to play, go to AreniaM's game. It is basically the same thing and its on my backup account. I cant garuntee that there will be people there but you can look and try.
