Kagrin 004 is a small mining outpost located somewhere in the southern hemisphere of Kagrin, a planet orbiting far from it's sun. The outpost's exact location is right off the southern edge of Mare Tennanott, one of Kagrin's many frozen seas. The outpost is owned directly by the Holy Dominion's military authority, and is operated by prisoners and repenters under the watchful eye of Hanvahl's soldiers.
