Over 100 years ago, Headquarters James was a worn down territory of unknown. Then a hurricane name Christian came and destroyed everything, the whole place was under water for at least 2 years. Finally once the water evaporated, RST discovered the land, cleaned it, and built it. After many years RST has made the dump, a masterpiece. Now James is barricaded with 100 foot walls, keep destruction out, and James is safe.
