  • Operation Market Garden. Nijmegen Bridge.

    1944, September 17th, Operation Market Garden was a thought up by General Montgomery. It was a plan to end World war two before Christmas 1944. It was a allied Operation, The U.S Airborne divisions and The British XXX Corps had to capture seven bridges in all. Bridges in, Veghel, Nijmegen. and Arnhem. This map was not made by me but by a leader I served with, yet a better friend, full credit to ww2reenactor.
