Moor Castle is owned by the Clendors; an old family who have been allied with the Wizards since before the fall of the Wizard Tower. Residing in another of their castles, the Clendors have offered the grounds of Moor Castle to the Wizards to use as a safe and secluded spot for practicing their skills.
