BLOODSHED BAY Day 1 - The Bloodbath The sound of eagles spreading across the skyline isn't the focus of today's event, it's the echoing sound of the gong dismissing the tributes from their pedestals. The tributes march toward the slaughter zone, as weapons raise and blood extrudes out of lifeless bodies scattered among the bay. Screams and cries of the victims can be heard, but the roars and cheers of the Capitol Citizens viewing this mandatory yet adrenaline-boosting event are heard even louder.
