This fort is controlled by The Federal Army with the help of other Union groups. It is used to prevent blockade runners-ships that attempted to pass the Union blockade of Southern ports, called the "Anaconda Plan"-from reaching Confederate ports and ports in foreign countries.

I am pretty sure that it will become Fort King in North Central Florida, circa 1835.
