Military Intelligence, Section 5's command operates within the secure walls of this facility while overseeing all on-going operations. While this facility is reserved for Military Intelligence personnel, a limited selection of civilians are occasionally given Low Sector access during special public events hosted within the facility, providing them with a glimpse into the world of working as an Operative for the Directorate of Military Intelligence. This facility serves as a 'test' for improved public relations.
