This extremely simple game just shows you how your hitbox looks in-game, some experiences use these boxes while some use their own custom Hitboxes (Though, most use either Bounding or Hit in all honesty). If you don't notice a change, that's because you might not have any accessories equipped, hitboxes change when you have accessories equipped and different bundles on your character.
