During an alternate timeline, nearly paralelled to the wolfenstein timeline, germany, was obviously winning the 2nd war, this time, in an attempt to increase the german army's performance and endurance in the battlefield, they started to develop a biological weapon. They first tested in rats, it was a success, after months of testing, they finally decided to do the ultimate test. They deployed the bio-weapon during an invasion, with a gas bomb, on the german side of the field, but it didn't go as wanted, the biological weapon had different reactions on the human body, therefore, it acted differently and did different things on it.
