Greetings, I hope you one day understand that the answer to happiness is in yourself and not in others or materials. Sure, these things can make you happy but what if they are gone one day? It is not reliable to be dependent on others and materials. It is lasting to find happiness in one self. Relationships are important but you also need to find the reason in yourself and learn about yourself because in the end of the day you are one who truely matters in your life. Still care about others but mostly the truth within oneself in a way that is healthy. You can do that by doing nothing and questioning and reflection especially of why you want something or want to do something. Claim reasons, why and evidence. This is my suggestion on how to do it. Maybe you have your own. These topics are complicated and I feel I can’t explain it in a way you would understand. Also, I feel like I am preventing you from finding that truth or answer so it is best to let you go learn it on your own pov.
