No spawnkilling, and No team-killing or spamming. There must be a HR from both Defenders, and Raiders. Also there must be atleast 4 members from each group(4 Defending memebers, 4 Raiding members.). Allies Do Not count as Defending nor Raiding members. Raiders must hold the flag for 20 minutes. The raid will not last any longer than 1 hour.
