SpeedBay, an outdoor field open to the public is still the largest standing outdoor SpeedQB field. Since it's inception in 2017, to date, numerous competitions and tournaments have taken place at this jungle styled location. Santa Catalina Island, which is a tiny island off the coast of Southern California, is home to Catalina Regional Airport. The airport functioned as a center for commercial and private air travel to and from the island over the years, contributing significantly to the growth of aviation in the area. The Catalina Aero Club has a long history of supporting aviation and giving pilots chances to develop their skills. The club provides a variety of services and pursuits, such as flight training, rental, as well as events for the public.
