The Site-99 Facility is in cross-development as well. 🏛️Site-21 is an SCP Foundation facility under O5 Council 17's Area-99 Project. This facility was specifically built for legal proceedings and judicial enforcement. It is a medium-sized, modern complex divided into a variety of specialized sectors. These include a prison, medical bay, courtroom, reactor, bunker, control rooms, server rooms, offices, lounges, an underground tram system, a testing chamber, and much more! Due to the purpose behind its construction, no SCP testing is conducted or allowed here. 🔰Site-21 serves as one of the primary locations of the Ethics Committee and houses special Mobile Task Forces such as Beta-1, Omega-1, Lota-10, and other classified divisions!
