The Shak'kar war has raged on for over four decades. The entire quadrant has been affected by the war. Beautiful, undisturbed planets have been scarred by the war. The UGR forces are spread thinly across the quadrant, and its resources are exhausted. You have been assigned, as an officer of UGR, to contruct and defend a colony on the planet of Tal-Karr. Tal-Karr is a resource filled planet located near the border between Shak'kar and the UGR. Good luck.
