In the near future on earth most of the planet has broken up by nuclear war. There are only minior islands being strictly controlled by the remenats of the american army. There has been minior scrimishes but now a major army is raising up to rebel, a vicious virus infecting humans is spreading and mutants with the ability to use energy are reforming cults.//\\ Same as the older version just removed the extremly noticble units.
