swiftly, shadows and silhouettes dart here and there, seemingly invisible among the drab landscape. the ocean here runs red, with a metallic miasma clinging to the thick, dark fluid; it seems to draw in the shapes and shadows of the dark land, with various figures stretching their necks and dipping their cupped hands over and into the surface to taste the sweet, red liquid. this place is filled with shadows, and many consider it a shadow itself. a region unseen to the mortal, it is a haven for the otherworldly and the damned, where the sun never rises and the moon is always full. this place is dedicated to my closest of vampiric and night-dwelling friends; clucks, akatsuki, mr. rainbow, roxas, and meow. ♥
