  • Winston Salem Fairgrounds Annex (2024)

    The Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Annex is a 4,000-seat multi-purpose, 28,000 square foot arena in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Built in 1989, it was formerly home to the following hockey teams: Twin City Cyclones, Winston-Salem Icehawks, Winston-Salem Mammoths, Winston-Salem Polar Twins, Winston-Salem T-Birds, and Carolina Thunderbirds. It also serves as an occasional concert and entertainment venue, hosting Bob Dylan on occasions, in 1991 and 2002, Wiz Khalifa in 2011, Tiesto in 2010, TNA Wrestling, and Swan Lake in 2014 to name a few. This facility was my first build during college and opened on February 22, 2024.

  • Greensboro Coliseum Complex (2023)

    Welcome to the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. The complex was first proposed in 1944 by the city's mayor. The idea was to create a war memorial to honor veterans of World War I and World War II. The building was approved by city officials in 1956, followed by a groundbreaking in January 1958. With its opening in 1959, the complex held four venues: War Memorial Auditorium, Town Hall Auditorium, The Blue Room and the Greensboro Coliseum. Now, it is home to the Gate City Gateway, White Oak Amphitheatre, Special Events Halls, the Fieldhouse, and the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Renovated from 2022-23, it is finally finished as a showcase project to enter into a university fellowship. "I am glad to announce that today, August 6, 2023, at 6:30 PM EST, Project Gate City is 100% Completed." Contact Termiiite to host conventions, or sporting events.

  • Term's Shirt Shop Stadium (2020)

    This venue is a multipurpose stadium sponsored by the one and only Term's Shirt Shop. The arena hosts some of the new-age technology we see today in arenas and venues across the world. Currently, the stadium is entering proposal for a hockey team in Bananacb's Minor Hockey League. Tenants can also DM the content creator Termiiite via Dis. Built 6/12/2020. No events planned at this time.
