The game revolves around a freelance investigative journalist, Miles Upshur, who decides to investigate a remote psychiatric hospital situated deep in the mountains of Lake County, Colorado. This version is located 50 years before Mount Massive, the original title holder. This is the Mount Massive Castle in where it all started.
