[OMTA] Training place RULES: 1. A general+ has to be there for the training to be official. (Note that people in the Rebel Army that are lower then General may train here if they so please but it cannot be an official training. 2. No Flaming 3. Be respectful to your Superiors. 4. Hate all opposing groups.
