One hot summer day, everyone is bored out if there mind. That crazy guy next door bought you all AWPs and told you to fight eachother (because it would be fun). So now your whole city is in an all out war, because that crazy guy gave you all AWPs.

Mr. Chuckles used to live here, and he was not something that people chuckled about. He worked at a circus and just snapped. That same day 20 of the kids at that circus dissapeared. He was electrecuted. But his ghost remains.

The year is 2012. it turns out that planet X didn't flood the earth, but it messed with the water in your brain. Many people became terribly violent. They made their own gangs. Their are few that were not effected and remain as civilized people. These few people joined forces and made there last resort, the police. These police don't resort to using tickets and no force. These police use guns.
