Elite: someone who gained an abnormal power after surviving the blood fever (most elites are also malfettos) Malfetto: someone who gained a marking after surviving the blood fever (in this game, markings can either be abnormal hair colors or scarring along the face) This game doesn't directly tell you if you are a malfetto or elite, but using your instincts, you should be able to figure it out.
