I built this place for quiet reflection, regardless of your beliefs. Long ago, a mighty king dreamt of walking alone through a grand cathedral, unlike any he had ever seen before. He awoke with tearful joy in his eyes. "By the grace of Heaven, I will make this dream come true," he vowed. With shovels and pickaxes, the king's men were sent to work. Years, and decades they toiled - Day and night, under blistering rain and merciless sun. Disease took them, and one by one, they perished. Blinded by his ambition, the king did not see the suffering among his people. When the last brick was laid, he stood in his shining sanctuary. But upon walking down the lonely corridors, his pride turned to grief, as he realized his grave mistake. Overwhelmed with regret, he wandered aimlessly through the halls in sorrow, until he too perished. Now, the grand cathedral stands empty and silent, offering sanctuary to nothing but dust.
